1. Generative AI Trainer
Focus areas: LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), vector databases, evaluation frameworks and production deployment of GenAI applications.
2. Agentic AI Trainer
Focus areas: building autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph), tool use, memory systems, planning loops (ReAct), human-in-the-loop workflows and enterprise agent deployments.
3. AI Trainer (Gen AI + Agentic AI Combined)
Ideal for versatile experts who can handle both generative and agentic workflows in a single comprehensive program. All roles involve delivering training for offline (classroom) batches in Hyderabad and live online batches for students across India and abroad.
Key Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on, real-time production experience building and deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions (not just academic or certification projects).
- Gen AI stack: LangChain / LlamaIndex, OpenAI / Anthropic / Groq / Llama models, Pinecone / Weaviate / Chroma, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, evaluation (RAGAS, etc.).
- Agentic AI stack: CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, tool integration, multi-agent systems, production agent monitoring.
- Cloud experience with AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure AI/ML or Google Vertex AI is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills — explaining complex concepts simply to freshers and working professionals.
- Passion for hands-on labs, code reviews, real-time projects and student mentorship. Prior training experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong production credentials and a clear teaching style.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Gen AI and Agentic AI?
Generative AI focuses on creating content, code, images or responses using LLMs — chatbots, RAG systems and content generation. Agentic AI goes further: building autonomous agents that plan, use tools, remember context and complete multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
Do I need prior classroom training experience?
No. Strong real-time production experience building and deploying AI systems is our top priority. We provide full support, and many excellent trainers started with strong technical backgrounds and a passion for teaching.
Can I teach only online or only offline?
You can choose. Many trainers handle a mix of both. Online batches have good flexibility and can often be delivered remotely.
What kind of batches are currently running?
We run ongoing classroom batches in Ameerpet (Hyderabad) and multiple live online batches (weekday evenings and weekends). New AI-focused batches are starting soon.
Is this a full-time or part-time opportunity?
