After the scoping call, we take your production architecture diagrams, IaC repositories (sanitised, of course), naming conventions and CI/CD pipeline shape, and rebuild the course materials around them. Labs run on sandboxes seeded to match your VPC layout. Code examples use your actual framework choices. The capstone project is mapped to a real problem from your backlog, rebuilt as a training exercise with synthetic data.

Security and IP are taken seriously. All scoping and training artefacts live under a mutual NDA. Sandboxes are isolated per programme and destroyed at close. Recordings and slides can be white-labelled under your brand.
