All fees paid to Cloud Soft Solutions — including registration, course, certification, and any other charges — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment is made.
By registering for any course, program, workshop, consultancy engagement, or service offered by Cloud Soft Solutions (“Cloudsoft”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. No refund, in whole or in part, will be issued for:
Once the payment is received, the enrolment is confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Requests for cancellation will not be accepted, and no amount will be refunded.
If a learner is unable to attend sessions, withdraws from the program, discontinues mid-way, fails to complete the course, or chooses not to pursue placement assistance, the fees paid remain non-refundable. Cloudsoft is not liable to compensate for missed sessions due to personal, professional, medical, or technical reasons on the learner's side.
In genuine and exceptional cases, and entirely at Cloudsoft's sole discretion, a learner may be allowed a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same course. This is a goodwill accommodation and not a refund. A batch-transfer request:
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error (for example, the same amount debited twice for the same enrolment) and is verifiable from our records and your bank statement, the duplicate amount will be returned after verification. This is the only exception to this policy and applies exclusively to demonstrable duplicate transactions for the same service.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy will be treated as a breach of contract. Cloudsoft reserves the right to terminate access to services, withhold placement assistance, pursue recovery, and/or take appropriate legal action to recover the disputed amount along with costs.
Cloudsoft reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, trainers, and curriculum at any time. Such changes do not entitle a learner to any refund. Enrolled learners will continue under the terms confirmed at the time of payment.
By making payment and enrolling in any Cloudsoft program or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
