About the role

Wipro Bengaluru is hiring 2024-2026 freshers for an AIOps + Site Reliability Engineering trainee program with 12-week paid bootcamp and direct deployment to Fortune-500 client incident-response squads.

Wipro's Application Operations practice is opening 30+ trainee slots for 2024, 2025 and 2026 BE/BTech/MCA graduates passionate about reliability engineering enhanced with machine learning. The first 12 weeks are a structured paid bootcamp covering Linux internals, observability stacks (Prometheus / Grafana / Datadog), anomaly detection with classical ML, log analytics with the ELK stack, and Wipro's own AIOps platform HOLMES. From week 13 you join a live client incident-response squad — banking, healthcare or telecom — and start owning on-call rotations under the wing of senior SREs.

Responsibilities

Build and tune dashboards on Grafana, Datadog and Splunk. Write Python scripts that correlate alerts and reduce noise. Apply lightweight ML models for anomaly detection on metrics and logs. Participate in client incident bridges and write blameless post-mortems. Automate runbooks with Ansible and AWS Systems Manager.

Requirements & qualifications

BE / BTech / MCA passout 2024, 2025 or 2026 with at least 65% throughout. Python coding comfort. Linux command-line fluency. Curiosity about observability and ML. Strong written English for client-facing post-mortems. Willing to relocate to Bengaluru and work in rotating shifts during on-call.
