Responsibilities

Work directly with ML / AI Engineers on production-adjacent projects — building AI agents, vision models and end-to-end AI features that real users touch, not throwaway toy notebooks. Contribute to the full model workflow: data collection and preprocessing, training and fine-tuning of LLMs and vision models, evaluation, and deployment pipelines, primarily in Python with PyTorch and / or TensorFlow. Experiment with multimodal systems (text + image + structured data) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — building and tuning vector stores, retrievers, prompt templates and evaluation harnesses. Help design and prototype agentic AI workflows — tool-using agents, planning loops and guardrails — and measure their reliability on real tasks. Participate fully in engineering rituals: sprint planning, daily standups, code review, and clear technical documentation of what you built and why. Collaborate on end-to-end AI solutions from ideation through testing, learning how production AI is actually shipped and monitored.

Requirements & qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field. Freshers and final-year students are welcome. Strong curiosity, logical thinking and a genuine willingness to learn fast — initiative is weighted more heavily than a long CV. Basic working knowledge of Python and core ML concepts (supervised learning, train / validation splits, overfitting, evaluation metrics). Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow, or a clear track record of self-learning (personal projects, Kaggle, coursework) that shows you can pick them up quickly. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development is a plus. No prior professional experience required — a portfolio of small, real AI projects matters most.
