Senior FDE Trainer – AI, Agentic AI, Cloud & Enterprise Engineering

About the role

Cloudsoft Solutions is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Trainer in Hyderabad with 15+ years of IT industry experience to lead project-oriented training in enterprise AI, Agentic AI, cloud, DevOps and production engineering.

<p>Cloudsoft Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Senior FDE Trainer with 15+ years of IT industry experience to lead advanced, project-oriented training in Forward Deployed Engineering, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud engineering, DevOps and production application development, in a classroom (offline) setting in Hyderabad (Ameerpet / Hi-Tech City).</p><p>We want an industry professional who can bridge the gap between AI prototypes and real enterprise deployments: working directly with customers, identifying business problems, architecting solutions, building production-ready applications, integrating enterprise systems, and deploying secure, scalable AI. You will mentor experienced IT professionals, software, cloud and DevOps engineers, and aspiring Forward Deployed Engineers through real-world projects.</p><p><strong>Projects you should be able to guide:</strong> an enterprise RAG knowledge assistant with access controls and source citations; an Agentic AI application with tool calling, MCP servers and human approval workflows; an enterprise support agent integrating APIs, ticketing systems and knowledge bases; a cloud-deployed AI application with FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and security; and a production AI operations project covering evaluation, observability, incident handling and cost optimisation.</p><p><strong>Technical expertise:</strong> customer-facing engineering and technical discovery, solution architecture and rapid prototyping; Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, async and event-driven systems; LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector search, Agentic AI and tool calling, LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent, Model Context Protocol (MCP), evaluation, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls; AWS and/or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and GitHub Actions, Terraform, logging, metrics and tracing, secrets, IAM and network security; enterprise integration patterns, secure API and identity architecture, data governance, resilience and disaster recovery.</p><p><strong>How to apply:</strong> call or WhatsApp Cloudsoft Solutions on +91-9666019191 and share your updated resume with details of your industry experience, technical leadership, enterprise projects, AI implementations and training or mentoring experience. Responsibilities

<ul><li>Design and deliver an industry-oriented FDE training program</li><li>Teach the full Forward Deployed Engineering lifecycle, from customer discovery to production deployment</li><li>Show how to turn business requirements into technical architectures and working solutions</li><li>Train learners to build AI-powered enterprise applications with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI and tool integrations</li><li>Guide learners in designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting production systems</li><li>Demonstrate enterprise integration with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms and internal business systems</li><li>Lead hands-on projects with AI agents, MCP servers, workflow automation and enterprise knowledge assistants</li><li>Teach cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and production reliability</li><li>Mentor learners in system design, debugging, incident response, security, performance and technical decision-making</li><li>Develop project assignments, architecture diagrams, coding exercises and case studies</li><li>Prepare learners for FDE, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect and Platform Engineer roles</li></ul>

Requirements & qualifications

<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of overall IT industry experience</li><li>Hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions</li><li>Demonstrated experience in AI, cloud, software engineering, enterprise integration or related domains</li><li>Ability to explain complex engineering concepts through practical demonstrations</li><li>Experience mentoring senior engineers, leading technical teams or conducting advanced technical training (senior-level training or mentoring experience preferred)</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture and consulting skills</li><li>Ability to guide learners through complete end-to-end enterprise projects</li><li>Preferred: prior FDE, customer-facing engineering, AI solution architecture or enterprise consulting experience</li></ul>
