About the role

LTIMindtree Pune is hiring 2025-2026 freshers for a Multi-Cloud Security Engineer track — implementing CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) on AWS, Azure and GCP for European banking clients.

The 14-week program trains 2025 and 2026 freshers in cloud security fundamentals: IAM, KMS, network segmentation, OWASP Top 10, CIS Benchmarks, secrets management, container security, and the leading CSPM platforms — Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, plus native AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender for Cloud, and GCP Security Command Center. Post-training you join the SOC supporting a top-5 European bank.

Responsibilities

Run continuous CSPM scans across client AWS, Azure and GCP accounts. Investigate Wiz / Prisma Cloud findings and write remediation runbooks. Author Terraform / OPA policies that prevent insecure configurations at provision-time. Scan container images with Trivy and Snyk. Participate in incident response and threat-hunting drills.

Requirements & qualifications

BE / BTech / MCA / Cyber Security passout 2025 or 2026 with 70%+. Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS). Linux fundamentals. One scripting language (Python preferred). Strong analytical mindset. Curiosity about adversarial thinking. Willingness to commit to LTIMindtree 24-month bond.
