Responsibilities

Build autonomous AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph — designing tool-using agents, planning loops, memory and guardrails, and measuring their reliability on real tasks rather than demos. Work on LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector databases — chunking, embedding, retrieval tuning, and evaluation harnesses that quantify answer quality. Contribute to Python-based ML / DL projects and model deployment, learning how a model becomes a running, monitored service. Experiment with transformers and multimodal AI applications (text + image + structured inputs). Collaborate with senior engineers on real client projects in a fast, startup-like studio environment — shipping, reviewing and iterating quickly.

Requirements & qualifications

Strong Python skills and basic ML / DL knowledge — personal or academic projects are strongly preferred over a long CV.
