The platform's metadata-driven architecture is unusual and takes a couple of weeks to get used to — Salesforce explicitly does not expect interns to come in fluent in Apex, but the strongest interns ramp on it quickly using Trailhead (Salesforce's free learning platform) before day one.

The PPO conversion rate at Salesforce India for the intern cohort sits between 50% and 70% depending on team and intern performance.
