AI Trainer — Generative AI & Agentic AI (Hyderabad)

Cloud Soft Solutions (Ameerpet, Hyderabad) is hiring experienced AI Trainers for Generative AI and Agentic AI — delivering offline classroom batches and live online batches, with competitive per-cohort pay and flexible schedules.

Cloud Soft Solutions, Hyderabad’s premier IT training and placement institute with 5,500+ placements since 2011, is expanding its AI-first programs and hiring AI Trainers specialising in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Agentic AI. You will deliver high-impact, hands-on training in offline classroom batches at our Ameerpet campus and live instructor-led online batches across India, for professionals with real-time, production-grade experience who love mentoring engineers. Open roles include a Generative AI Trainer (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases and production deployment), an Agentic AI Trainer (autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration with CrewAI/AutoGen/LangGraph, tool use, memory and planning loops, enterprise agent deployments), and a combined Gen AI + Agentic AI Trainer.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI training for offline classroom batches in Ameerpet and live online batches across India. Teach LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases and production deployment of GenAI applications. Teach autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration with CrewAI, AutoGen and LangGraph, tool use, memory systems and planning loops. Run hands-on labs, code reviews and real-time projects and mentor students. Suggest curriculum updates and design new labs.

Requirements & qualifications

4 to 5-plus years of hands-on, real-time production experience building and deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions, not just academic or certification projects. Gen AI stack such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq or Llama models, Pinecone, Weaviate or Chroma, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning and evaluation with RAGAS. Agentic AI stack such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph and Semantic Kernel, with tool integration, multi-agent systems and production agent monitoring. Cloud experience with AWS SageMaker or Bedrock, Azure AI or Google Vertex AI is a strong plus. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Prior training experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong production credentials.
