Algoworks Solutions is hiring a senior Azure DevOps Architect for fully remote work from India in 2026. The role is enterprise-scale: architecting Azure environments with deep DevOps practice for digital transformation and AI-initiative clients. Strong autonomy, direct stakeholder ownership, and a 9–12 year experience bar — this is a true senior IC track, not a vanilla engineer role.

Responsibilities

Architect Azure solutions using Azure DevOps, Bicep, Terraform, AKS, Azure Functions, and OpenAI services. Lead cloud migration, modernisation, and automation strategies for enterprise clients. Implement GitOps, Policy as Code, advanced monitoring, and secure-by-default baselines. Ensure compliance and security with Azure Sentinel and Defender. Govern cost across multi-subscription estates. Mentor team-level DevOps engineers and integrate MLOps workflows with Azure ML / OpenAI services. Define and enforce architectural standards via code review and design reviews.

Requirements & qualifications

9–12 years total experience with deep Azure focus. Azure certifications strongly preferred — AZ-400 (DevOps Expert), AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert). Production architecture experience across enterprise-scale Azure estates. Strong Kubernetes (AKS) and IaC (Bicep / Terraform) chops. Demonstrated mentor track record at team-lead level. Architectural communication — design docs, ADRs, stakeholder reviews.
