Responsibilities

Requirements & qualifications

<ul><li>4+ years building and running production software systems</li><li>Solid backend engineering fundamentals and a record of shipping reliable systems</li><li>Hands-on experience connecting APIs and distributed services to live infrastructure</li><li>Comfort with cloud and container environments such as AWS, GCP and Kubernetes</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise constraints including authentication, networking, observability and security reviews</li><li>Clear, structured communication with senior technical stakeholders</li><li>Nice to have: customer-facing engineering experience, production AI/ML deployments, real-time or telephony systems, hybrid or on-prem deployments, multilingual or international customer experience</li></ul>
