The Wipro Summer Experience (WiSE) is one of Wipro's flagship early-career programs, structured around a 2-month immersive experience that combines paid project work, classroom learning, and direct mentorship from senior Wipro engineers. Responsibilities

Typical WiSE Azure track intern responsibilities include: Building or extending Spring Boot REST APIs for client engagements, with full test coverage using JUnit 5, Mockito, and Spring Test. Integrating these services with Azure-hosted PostgreSQL or Azure SQL via Spring Data JPA, plus Azure Blob Storage for file handling and Azure Service Bus for async messaging. Implementing Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML or classic) for the client project: stage-by-stage build, test, container image creation (Docker), push to Azure Container Registry, and deploy to Azure App Service or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Writing infrastructure-as-code in Bicep or Terraform for new cloud resources the project needs. Pair-programming with a senior Wipro engineer on the same client codebase. Participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. Authoring documentation for handover. Presenting your internship project at the WiSE concluding showcase. Intern feedback and growth: weekly 1:1 with your assigned mentor, fortnightly review with the engineering manager, end-of-internship 360-degree review. Requirements & qualifications

Git fluency, ability to read and write SQL queries, basic Linux command-line. Bonus: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification, prior projects deployed to Azure (even free tier), exposure to Docker containerisation, GitHub portfolio with at least one full-stack project.
