Responsibilities

TCS GCP track intern typical responsibilities: Building Java backend services with Spring Boot 3.x — REST APIs, Spring Data JPA with Cloud SQL (Postgres or MySQL), Spring Security with Identity-Aware Proxy integration for authentication. Containerising services with Docker, optimising multi-stage Dockerfiles for layer caching. Deploying to Cloud Run for serverless containers (the simpler default for most intern projects) or GKE for full Kubernetes orchestration on larger projects.
