Responsibilities

Ensure security compliance with IAM, Security Groups, WAF, GuardDuty, and automated vulnerability scanning. Set up observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and AWS X-Ray for proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with development teams on microservices architecture, blue-green deployments, and canary releases. Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and cost optimization using AWS Cost Explorer and Reserved Instances. Participate in on-call rotations for SRE practices, targeting 99.99% uptime SLAs. Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements & qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with strong AWS focus. Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
