Responsibilities

Specific work depends on team allocation, but typical intern projects include: Implementing Spring Boot REST and gRPC microservices for Azure-deployed products, including writing JUnit + Mockito test suites with high coverage thresholds (typically >85%). Integrating those services with Azure SDK for Java — Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault — and ensuring all configuration uses managed identities (no hardcoded keys, ever). Contributing to Azure DevOps YAML pipelines: build, test, container scan, push to Azure Container Registry (ACR), deploy to a dev/staging slot of an Azure App Service.
