Futops Technologies in Kharadi, Pune is hiring Python + AWS Trainees (freshers / 2025–2026 batch) for a 3–6 month internship-to-hire program. Stipend ~₹10K/month; post-confirmation FTE ₹3–4 LPA. Hands-on with Python (Flask / FastAPI), serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFormation).

Futops Technologies India Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based technology firm building cloud-native backend systems for clients across SaaS, fintech, and edtech. Their 2026 Trainee program is an internship-to-hire pipeline aimed at 2025–2026 batch B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc graduates with strong Python fundamentals. The internship runs 3–6 months at Kharadi (onsite), with selected trainees converting to full-time Software Engineer / Cloud Engineer roles at ₹3–4 LPA on confirmation. Work spans Python REST / GraphQL API design, serverless AWS architectures, and infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Python REST / GraphQL APIs using Flask or FastAPI. Develop serverless functions on AWS Lambda triggered via API Gateway. Model data and write queries against DynamoDB and RDS (PostgreSQL / MySQL). Author CloudFormation templates for repeatable infrastructure deployment. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning. Document API contracts and infrastructure decisions.

Requirements & qualifications

B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc (CS / IT) with minimum 60% or 7+ CGPA. Strong Python fundamentals — list / dict / generator comprehensions, file I/O, error handling, async basics. Data structures and algorithms — arrays, hash maps, trees, sorting / searching. Any prior exposure to AWS (free tier projects count). Good written and verbal English communication. High learning agility — comfortable picking up new frameworks in days, not weeks.
