Position:
Digital Marketing Engineer / Trainer (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or related domains.
Key Responsibilities:
For Engineers (Execution Role):
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.)
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest digital improvements
- Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design engaging posts, banners, and creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies — both on-page and off-page
- Work on AI-driven marketing tools for automation, content generation, and analytics
For Trainers (Teaching Role):
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing, SEO, and AI in Marketing
- Design real-world project-based learning modules
- Mentor students and evaluate their progress
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI advancements
Required Skills:
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Marketing
- SEO Expertise: Keyword research, backlink strategies, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Content & Design: Social media content planning, Canva/Photoshop
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, SurferSEO, or similar tools
- Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (for trainers)
Work Mode:
- Full-Time (On-site at Cloudsoft Office – Hyderabad)
- Part-Time / Freelance (Flexible timings – Online or Weekend Batches)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing / Google / Meta / HubSpot are a plus
Salary / Compensation:
- Full-Time: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
- Part-Time / Trainer: Attractive hourly or session-based compensation
