Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

– Should take the responsibility and ownership for the analysis, functional decomposition, modelling, prototyping, design, coding, code review, testing, deployment and status reporting of a work product in a project.

– Delivery of project version/module as per plan and with quality

– Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at resourcing plans

– Be part of technical panel for recruitment and yearly performance appraisals

– Conduct training and induction of new team members
